Great breakdown... Fast break wasn't our strongest weapon previous season. We gave our oppononents a little bit too much time to get their defense lined up again. If we had Hampton of the bench, Heats zone schemes would've gotten killed, which could've given us the slight edge in the end.
He would be a solid pick and Ainge loves high rated high school players. He'd be such a great weapon for this team, this gives us some more versatility on the offensive end. The kid looks like Westbrook out there but with more IQ(more court vision), he could turnout to be a huge steal at #14.
I'm not even worried about his defensive weaknesses. We have Brad Stevens, he somehow makes his players better defenders. We had questions about Tatums defense but he developed himself in one of the best defensive player on our roster. RJ with his attributes and intangibles will probably turnout a better defender under Stevens.
I think this kid will deliver during crunch time, when it matters most.
