I don't have any issues with that in theory but if the Knicks move up to 2 it's to pick LaMelo.

Westbrook’s last year is 47 million dollar option. Knicks aren’t this stupid. We good.

If we do it it has to be in a deal where we absolutely rob Houston.

We have no idea what the current front office is looking for, but we do know there is a lot of smoke and deception. Could the Knicks be interested in Deni Avdija? There is a chance he could slip to 8, so we should not dismiss the idea that he may be the player they select if the guards they have an interest in are not available. In this draft, I would not hold it against the Knicks if they stayed put and not give up any assets. With luck and a lot of skill, we could come away with one of the better players in this draft.

They’d still be robbing us in that scenario...they clear out a lot of cap. The only way I would feel like this is a equal trade is if we extended Randle for 10 years before this trade.

What scenario do you see Deni slipping to 8? I haven't seen one legitimate mock where this is even a possibility.

On regards to that ESPN mock.... they had Lewis to the Celtics @ 14... remember the rumor how they want Okongwu.? If this mock is somewhat correct, Knicks should trade back with the Celtics
