well Florida has basically no covid restrictions. between the buccaneers, rays, lightning and usf there is probably sports medicine/training space they can borrow. went to a Magic preseason game in Tampa a few years back and the arena was 80 percent full to my eye. they could do worse.

Florida isn't the worst state for positive cases right now, North Dakota is. Florida isn't even in the top 25 by transmission rate. Florida had a very brief period as the highest transmission state but that was months ago.

isnt that cases per 1m? i'm not sure the ratio matters as much as the raw number in this case. i could be convinced otherwise though.
