It seems like the suns are leaning towards another older prospect, they want a guy who can step in and contribute right away not take years to mature. Smart, skilled, shooting but matured.

I think that team is way worse than what they have now. No pure creator on the roster. That team needs Kemba at full strength because he's their only plus playmaker. Jrue can't be your only above average passer in the starting 5 and expect to make the finals.... Jrue is in that weird space where he's sort of overrated and underrated at the same time.

Jrue vs Kemba is a wash for me though I do prefer bigger guards.

The big upgrade is going from Daniel thies to Myles Turner.

Put turner with brown and Tatum and I don’t see what team can compete with then in the east.

A Jrue and smart defensive backcourt would be absolutely terrifying.

I don't think they want one in this draft. No reason to carry 4 rookies from this class on guaranteed deals for the next 4 years. If anything they'll look to consolidate IMO or try to poach a 1st in next year's draft.

Don’t even post in this particular thread like that, but please for gods sake draft a high IQ point guard who can pass, and hit a mid range consistently.

His deal declines in value as it goes along too. I've long been a fan of his but the Magic have made that situation untenable for every big they've brought in because they constantly targeted non shooting wings and guards to complement them. If the Knicks could snag Gordon and some shooters in the draft he could really pop IMO.

That could very well be true. But look at Rudy in Utah. The Jazz not sure he's worth it. In the modern NBA whenever its a question of a guard or a wing or center. You always go guard or wing.
