The only and I mean ONLY way I would accept Westbrook is if we were getting compensated to do so....And even then... I'm unsure about it. I guess we could say his value is at its lowest right now and we could make him a mini reclamation project to showcase for a contender but even moreso than CP3 he's one injury away from being the worst contract in the league because of it's length comparatively. I don't mind the front office doing its due diligence but anything outside of Houston or a 3rd team giving us additional assets is something I would stay away from even if he's "free".

Again if we don’t have to give any picks or young guys and it’s just Randle,portis, Ellington and maybe Bullock I’d probably do it.

I just hate the fact that the circle is patched onto the jerseys instead of having letters directly sewn onto the fabric. The gradient on the letters wasn't worth it. Otherwise it's a dope design.

I'm definitely on your side here. I 'd be more inclined if I thought Russ meshed well with our young talent but I really don't think he does outside of maybe with Mitch in P&R. I get the leadership aspect of it and setting a culture. Russ definitely is a pro off the court and 100% works hard as eff on his game but that contract could legitimately sink us during RJ, this year and next year's pick's rookie scale deals. Agin if someone wants to give us a 1st and/or a good young player along with Russ then i'll at least hear it out, but there really aren't too many scenarios where I think this makes sense for us or Russ for that matter...
