oubre + rubio + cam or #10 for Paul plus the late round picks seems fair.

The latest is they want Cam Johnson and that's the hold up.

Going to be hard for them to get that. Might as well take the 2021 PHX 1st Round Pick instead. If I'm the Suns, I hang on to him. Why deal him? Making the Schroder deal doesn't help the Thunder, because he could've been had for much more I think. But Presti may have giving Dennis a choice on where he goes to. I'm sure Steven Adams is about to be dealt too. He'd be a great fit on the Bulls.

Some think it's a ploy to get them to give up the 10th instead (ie: "well I don't want to lose Cam, so here, have the 10 instead").

Given Booker wants Paul there and so much has leaked (assuming it's all true), I think OKC has the advantage now. So it won't surprise me if Cam is part of it.

I think that's what it'll end up being. With Phoenix maybe giving them Ty Jerome (he looked really bad last season and has guaranteed money for a couple of seasons)

Why does Pheonix have to put Cam in the trade? Oubre is young, Rubio is a proven starter and the Suns are potentially given them a top 10 pick. Paul is a good player but he is in the twilight of his career.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Suns insider (not Flex) reported this last week.

This is my prediction:

Suns get: Paul, OKC 25th pick
Thunder get: Wiggins, 2pick
GSW gets Rubio and Oubre

Suns shouldn't need to give up the 10 as they are taking on a massive contract and giving up 2 very valuable players.

Why on earth would Golden State do that?

Honestly, I would have preferred either Bridges or Johnson go instead of Oubre, but their contracts don't add up and it would have then required us to sacrifice more to get Paul. I already feel we overpaid though that's the norm for PHX. They rarely come out ahead on any deal and this one will be no different.

It'll be interesting to see where Oubre ends up as he could be flipped elsewhere before the season starts. I don't see OKC being his final destination. I just hope that wherever he goes, he gets the opportunity he deserves and the money he's after. If he can burn the Suns every chance he gets, even better still.
