This also gives OKC an advantage over BOS in any offers to trade their picks as well.
The Celtics have the 26th & 30th picks
The Thunder now have the 25th and 28th picks
OKC edges out BOS on both picks in any package to trade their picks.

Zach to NY for #8 and 2021 first.
Lauri to GS for Minny 2021 1st.

3 lotto picks in 2021 draft.

I'm against trading Zach, who I think is a guy we should keep unless we're getting a guy who has a real shot at being a #1 guy on a condender. NY can't trade their 2021 pick, it would need to be Dallas'...not enough for Zach, IMO.

On GS deal, I'd look for Pascal in addition to that pick.

I read somewhere that GS values Minn. 2021 1st pick Higher than the 2nd overall pick this year.

As they should. They would never give that up for a guy like Lauri.

Yeah, I'm assuming they'll keep and use that...

I don’t trust anyone who claims league sources, especially since most of the media’s “league consensus says” statements conflict with each other.

But it just makes far too much sense for Minny to draft Edwards and GSW to draft Wiseman. Barring trades, the draft starts at 3.

I really do hope we make some moves to shake up the roster.

So far the organizational changes have seemed very promising.

But I'm going to be disappointed if the roster more-or-less looks like what it would if GarPax were still here (i.e. keeping the group together and adding one new lotto selection, signing a vet guard to try to salvage things, etc.). I want actual vision/ambition.

Why do you value Lavine so little? Lavine is worth more than the #1 pick in a weak draft.

I am hoping for a few trades, I don't like how the roster is currently constructed.

I hope Lavine and Lauri stick around, plus shooters are at such a premium in today's game, and I think both can be elite.

I have no idea what we have in WCJ and Coby.

Chicago is basketball... easily one of the top 10 basketball cities in the world. We deserve a great team, and we deserve a star. Not sure there are any in this draft. Wisemen probably the best bet.

He's not. Contracts matter. We only control Lavine for 2 more years until he's a UFA.

You trade Lavine for #1 overall all day.

"veteran guard" is such a mystery box description of our trade interests, especially this offseason. could be a random bench journeyman. could be russell westbrook.

RWB for expirings, such as Felicio, Porter and maybe a few future second Rd picks or heavily protected first Rd picks is my guess. I don't think the Rockets should get a lot back if a team is willing to take on that contract.

What is at least clear is that Minn and GSW aren’t trading 1 or 2 for LaVine

Danny Parkins has a poll on Twitter asking if Bulls fans would say yes to trading LaVine, Coby, and the 4th for Harden, and it's about 2:1 saying 'no' to the trade. Harden has certain issues and he is above 30 but it's not like that offer depletes the Bulls roster at all. If the Bulls actually traded for Harden I think it would take a lot more assets including additional first rounders. I just question how much fans sometimes overvalue potential and connection to new players that they like.

Every Star player to come play with Harden winds up wanting to leave the team. Do not bring him here.
