I'm sure you don't need permission to go in on BLM. I'm certain you fill your day going in on BLM, without permission.

I really cannot think about a star player that publically demanded a trade and didn't get traded.

Probably there are examples, but mostly the player gets out.

That's fine. I'm not saying he won't get a trade. If he wants one, he'll get it. But Houston isn't in a position where they'll have to take a putrid Nets deal or a deal from us without Ben.

True. the Pels got what they wanted for AD eventually. People laughed, but Ingram has been pretty decent for them. Ad stuck around for a while before that deal happened as well. It's possible that the nets or Sixers involve a 3rd team. I wouldn't put it past Morey in trying to add another team.

On this message board? I certainly do. I believe that was one of my suspensions if I remember correctly.

Would Shake, JRich, Matysse, Harris, Smith, #21, our second rounders and a future first be enough. I would be reluctant to give more (and we need Horford for the 35 games Embiid is injured or out of shape)

I'd rather somehow get Nerlens, or another much cheaper back up center, you know like normal teams. Not having to pay $100 for a cryptic backup would be amazing.

Realgm funnels politics to their political forum. Specifically on the Sixers forum, we keep it focused on basketball.

Occasionally posters will start an off-topic thread, such as a tv and movies thread, which I wouldn’t shutdown because it doesn’t tend to generate any reported posts. However, political conversations get nasty quick so we don’t keep those open on the Sixers forum.

We'll see. Feel that's a better offer than LeVert + Allen + #17 and #19 or whatever BKN can give them more

It's also pretty ironic that Tobias Harris is probably a better fit next to Harden than Ben is. I'll just leave that thought out in the ether.

The Nets would also get Dinwiddie and a million picks

If I have to send Ben, then I demand Covington along with Harden coming back.

Sixers trade:
PG Ben Simmons
CE Al Horford

Rockets trade:
PG James Harden
SF Robert Covington

If they get Ben they also get NADA picks.

Sixers lineup:
PG Harden
SG JRich
SF Covington
PF Harris
CE Embiid

I could probably live with this.

Yeah, I don't agree with Houston taking an offer without Simmons but I do agree that the BKN offer is trash. People are acting like Levert, Dinwiddie, and Allen is a comparable offer to Simmons. Looking like a whole bunch of quarters trying to add up to a dollar to me.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

I think Tobias is probably viewed much better around the league than by us. His lack of success here is more due to the situation.

Then it's just a waiting game for Houston to see when Philly will crack. They can wait until the deadline. Unless we get a legit playmaker, and some damn spacing, This team will still suck despite all the coaches we got (who are probably the exact type of players we need haha).
