Wow. Harden is obviously tremendously influenced by Bobby Marks tweets. Sad the way the media can force trades like this.

Not great for the league Harden said no to a $100 million extension.

Think it’s worse for the league to let one their marquee players rot away in Houston tbh. They never should’ve let Friitatta buy the team. They had the intel.

That said, Houston now has to move him for the best offer. Brooklyn is where he wants to go, doesn’t mean they’re obliged to appease him.

The issue I have is that good, not great players like LeVert, Dinwiddie, Allen and likely mediocre draft picks are propped up by the Mothership as a viable haul for an MVP caliber player. Of course Harden wants to go to Brooklyn on his own, without anyone's influence. But **** him. Trade him for the best package, you owe him nothing after **** up your roster and trading for Westbrook.

How long before Ben Simmons forces a trade from Houston?

I get the point, but I’m fairly confident the order was reversed here. It became known Harden wanted to play in Brooklyn and a few writers went to the trade machine. There’s not a grand conspiracy to make people think Jarrett Allen is a prime asset.

Pacers apparently want to enter the Harden sweepstakes. Interesting.

Of course Harden wants to force his way to Brooklyn. Beta player with a beta mentality.

Hopefully the next generation of stars (Giannis, Luka, Zion, Ja, etc.) isn't nearly as prone to this quitter, front-running team-up culture.

Well said. Between Durant wrecking the league for three years and Harden wrecking the watchability of every game that he is in... they have done more to hurt total NBA viewership than any other factor.
