Jrue is arguably the best 2 way PG in the league. He’s perfect playing with Giannis, given his ability to play off ball. He’s kind of what we were looking for with a guard to play with Ben (fultz? Jimmy that can shoot? Tlc?)

With Bogdan being traded, does that mean that Hield will stay with the kings? He is the reason why Hield was benched and now he is gone.

What if Kings were just using us as leverage to get a better package for Bogdan with the Kings? Thats a possibility

He's a very good piece, but I don't see him as that 'second star', I don't even see Giannis as that 'first star' given his inability to stretch and take over.

Jrue - Middleton - Giannis is very good, but I still feel that's not enough to win against Brooklyn f.i.

Theres two way to win it.

Balance of talent (pistons or spurs) or inbalance (lakers, heat and big 3).

For a small market team, a balance of talent is the way to go. In our eyes, thats not that good. But for the Bucks, its as good as it gets.

Spurs talent can't be underestimated (Duncan en Ginobili were 2 of the best players of the last 2 decades). Boston is maybe a better example, although I rate the talent of Pierce, KG and Allen way higher than Giannis/JRue/Middleton.
Jrue and Middleton are borderline All-stars. They aren't locks as an Allstar, that's a difference.

Detroit is the only team that made it without a true superstar talent and they did it once.

I really don't know how he could do it ... but I'm pretty sure Pat Riley is looking to go after James Harden.

Harden/Butler/Adebayo ...

They are under the cap next week, they can take on more salary.

That’s the risk if Morey plans to drag it longer. There may be a third team who will surprise everyone with a kings ransom.

Fwiw, i’d expect the team that would fall out from the Harden sweepstakes to go after Beal. Heat as the most probable team

Agreed. I love Jrue but in the ECF against a top team I don't think he makes a tremendous upgrade compared to Bledsoe/George.

If Giannis leaves the Bucks, they only have 3 years to completely turn it around before they feel the effects of the Jrue holiday trade.

Oooof. Didn’t realize the picks were so far into the future. They’re understandably desperate to keep Giannis.

As for Bogdan, the Kings are cheap AF. They got nothing valuable in return for him.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker

Between making these trades to upgrade talent more fitted towards Giannis and listening to the Woj podcast about him, I'd be shocked if he went elsewhere. He seems like an extremely loyal guy if done right by him. He is actually one of the most likable superstars I think I've ever come across. Definitely rooting for his success against everyone other than the Sixers.

I guess that's the prize to keep your star in a small market
To be honest it's not like the bucks will find another giannis in 20 years, so yeah, better go all in on that one.
