No chance he is 2.5 stars, he was 4 stars last year. The SIM judges big man different compared to guards. Hell Dewayne Dedmon was 2.5 stars last year, Kanter/Portis/Favors/Gasol/Lopez/Horford were 3 stars or better. Hell LMA maybe my highest rated player

In the sim world, I think Hassan is going to get a bump to 4 stars. He was 3.5 last year and his real world numbers went up by more than 3 points per game, more than 2 rebounds per game and a full block per game more and he's the type of player that the sim inexplicably loves. In reality he doesn't belong above any of the guys on Hoff's list, but in sim world, I'd be pretty surprised if he's not a 4 star guy this season.

Don't forget the sim had Butler rated as 3.5 star last year (although I think he will be four this year) and the sim definitely has a big man bias at least when it comes to overall star rating. Definitely think Bam's got to be up there too. Hard to say what the thing is going to do. I do think you have Zion too high, I think judging that it had Luka as a 3.5/5potential and Trae 3.5/4.5 potential last year, I would predict a similar 3.5/5 for him this year in the sim. Not saying it aligns with my opinion of their NBA abilities but that is my "sim" prediction. I also think that judging from it's big man bias, that one of the wings, will fall out. Have no idea which.

I think his monster double double stats with him securing an allstar nod and the Magic making the playoffs got him that rating, in addition to it appears you get a built in 1 star bump for being over 6'10

Hearing "Gorgeous" Gorgui Dieng will be getting a sim bump due to his height..potential 3.5 star player due to his 6'11 frame and heard he may have had a growth spurt this summer bumping him to 7'1 and therefore increasing by .5 star. Get him early before his 4.0 rating comes public
