If we don't land Wiseman I'm in favor of taking on Horford. We need some smart, high character veterans on our roster with both Marvin and Biz gone.

surely we can find someone like that who doesn't make 25+ mil a year until 2023

I'm all in favor of adding some junk contracts for future assets.

Nothing about this really appeals to me, especially giving up Terry.
If we were able to get a ‘21 1st...maybe, but still. After seeing Covington and Bogdanovic’s trade deals, I think Rozier has more value and we are taking on the salary cap hit.

It's not close enough to Thanksgiving for me to start drinking that heavily. Think of my health MJ, please...

Depending on what we give up id welcome it.

The draft goes Ball/Edwards or Edwards/Ball at 1 and 2, and we select Wiseman at 3.
Then, we trade Rozier & Batum to Houston for Westbrook, 16 and a future first round pick.
We would still have the 16th and 30th pick to add more assets.

Jordan shouldn't bail Fertita out for $90+ million dollars by sending him expiring deals without compensation coming back. If they don't attach the Portland picks they just traded for they should be told to pound sand.

RW puts us back in the 7-10 seed range. 2021 is noted to be one of the best drafts especially at the top in recent memory. We could get a franchise changer at pick 5. I don't want to pass that up to see RW lose his speed and bounce for the cost of 50 mil.
