10 minutes before they announce Hoilday i wanted to post here that he is a 100% the player we traded for, the German went to Lakers, Paul was traded so who else was available? We also knew he was coming to east and their is no way we were going to keep Bledsoe even for the start of the season.

As for now i really believe that they already have sign the 2,3 players needed coming of the bench, who will be i dont know but we better watch for players who can play more than one position and can shoot, no way they left the team with so many holes and little cap space without already knew who this players are...

Well, maybe if the Bucks have a YMCA team?

Well, then...

Where are you seeing this? Indifferent about Robin but really hoping we can get Wes back.

Perhaps giannis final request before signing the dotted line will be kostas. We can also bring in Jrue's brother.

I think someone mentioned Justin Holiday. He'd make sense if he's willing to take a paycut to chase a ring and play with his bro. He played with a different bro last season at Indy and made more than 40% of his 3's. He also gets a lot of steals. Can play some 2 and some 3. Maybe the most athletic of the Holiday brothers.

A cheap backup big UFA I'd go for is Willie Hernangomez. Not a great defender but can score some and rebounds very well. I don't know why the Hornets didn't play him more.

How many Holiday's are in the NBA? Isn't there a cousin as well? Which one used to play for the Bulls?

Aron Baynes is the perfect back-up big for this team if RoLo isn't coming back. He's what Bud always wanted Pero Antic to be.

Justin and Aaron, both brothers. Aaron was drafted by IND in the first round a few years ago. Justin was with CHI a few years back.

*edit- Justin had 2 stints with the Bulls

I believe you’re referring to Holiday Styles and he last played for the D Block Ruff Ryders.

I thought he was part of that English boy band.

Yep. You can bet Bud has already talked to him prior to the moves so they had a backup plan for backup PG. He's definitely signing for the vet minimum and FMIII is the third PG. So, they still need a couple backup wings and one more big.

I'll still dream that they can somehow add Tyus Jones instead, but it is what it is.

Baynes needs to sign just to make sure he isn't killed by a Giannis dunk.

Isn't Baynes like Thon's age?

Can’t believe you’re trying to bait me with Pero Antic slander on this special week. As I said a year ago, Pero was good for Bud. Much better than Robin.

Gallo would be ideal but he likely will get offers for a starting spot if not more money elsewhere.

The money is probably the biggest roadblock. If he is only getting MLE offers, he would essentially be the Bucks sixth man and get extended minutes in the playoffs when Brook is played off the floor by small lineups.

If they are taking vet minimums, sure. They can both shoot and are fine in reduced roles, but wouldn't give up any portion of the MLE to keep them around.

It would be crazy if they opted out, took less money so the Bucks had the full MLE for someone, and then chased rings on vet minimums though. If they wanted to chase a ring with the Bucks, they could have just opted in (unless the Bucks told them they would have to move them as salary filler).

So, not sure what Wes will do, but so far here is the breakdown in 3 pointers with Bled/Hill heading out and Bog/Jrue coming in. I'd also expect each of the guys coming in to boost their % with extra spacing Giannis provides.
In
2.7 / 7.2 @ 37%
2.0 / 5.7 @ 35%

Total 4.7 / 12.9 @ 36%

Out
1.2 / 3.5 @ 34%
1.4/ 3.0 @ 46%

Total 2.6 / 6.5 @ 40%

I will certainly bet RoLo opted out because we would have used him in a trade.
