I like Simons more than a lot of people but I’m not sure he’s enough to take back whiteside’s salary.

I'd be more likely to pay whitesides salary to keep him away from the team tbh

He’d be a good tank commander.

Disagree. Even with a tanking team you want them to play hard and smart.

I was mainly being facetious. I don’t want to tank in the true sense of trying to lose. Just meant that whiteside would assure that because he plays selfish.

Listening to the Lowe post and Lowe said that our CP3 trade had a lot of talk with other teams with a third team to take Oubre. There is definite interest for him around the league.

Windhorst said the lakers have like Schroder for a while and almost traded for him at last years deadline. Lebron likes him and has wanted to play with him for a while.

Probably not advanced talks since no 3 team deal was made.

Think they also said Green could be traded easily (not for good value though).

Curious to know if we will see more action or if that's it...

Yeah exactly. So I don't understand why we would do anything with those picks.

A year ago people would've been talking the same way about Cole Anthony.

Cade Cunningham is supposedly an otherworldly talent. Like I don't think Cole Anthony got the same hype.

It kind of feels like half of contenders did really well yesterday and the other half got left out on the cold. It’s not too late for those teams yet but I think a lot of the,are going to be looking at their second option now. That likely will include players like Oubre.

Yeah but we just have ''meh'' players left or players under bad contract situation (Adams and Oubre since no team is giving up significant asset without trying to resign him).

Gallo in a S&T is still a long shot. Maybe he already committed to the Suns!?

Not asking for that much here. A Green trade to Dallas (pick swap) would be good enough :)

I think we will end up with Dallas’ pick. Maybe more.

Okay after reading Sam Vecenie's draft big board/breakdown and learning more about Pokusevski... I want him. Sounds like the kind of player you can't really pass up in a draft like this.

I feel like Dennis is the sort of guy that will be a perfect fit next to Lebron. The attacking PG style has worked well in other situations with Lebron and I think it's going to be pretty legit there. Also just on a professional level Dennis works and gives his all on every possession. I think Lebron respects guys like that.

Presti is a bloody genius. OKC could potentially go through a full rebuild without even missing the playoffs. I got you guys in the 7th seed next season.

I hope you wrong. We can do a short rebuild with all our assets but we need to tank at least 2 years (maybe 3)

Probably need to wait and see what happens with Gallo, Oubre, Rubio and Green. I am not sure that playoffs are the goal for this year.

Despite being a weak draft, seems like it's more difficult to move up than most people on RealGM think. Still hope we can move up to the Dallas pick. More would need to involve something crazy.

I don't think #2 is enough to take on Wiggins. If Wiggins is coming to OKC - I think they need both #2 and MIN '21 FRP. Especially if OKC is sending assets in Rubio, Oubre, Gallo (S&T) and or Rubio to the Warriors.

I think the Warriors need to add wings and a backup pg rather than Adams at $27 M

Wiggins is making $96 million over the next 3 years. I know the Thunder need to get to 90% of the cap and Wiggins will get them there but they need more to take on that contract.
