I can’t shake the fact that everytime I’ve ever watched Howard he’s played like **** lol. I know he’s better than what I’ve seen though.

Shooters and scrappy players is how I see Horst filling out this roster. Shooter at #42, and a scrapper at #60 tomorrow.

It'd be uncomfortable to wait until Giannis was a FA, but you could get a verbal commitment, & that strategy is the only way you're signing a star alongside him, which would be one of the long-term lures for him to stay + has the best efficacy for winning titles.
Next season's outlook is sunnier though, fwtw.
Does Bogdan and Jrue get Beal though? A crazy thought I had this morning...

I like him so much that I'd be fine taking him with #42 depending who is on the board.
I'm gonna go check this dude out. BRB.
I'll warn ya. A Markus Howard highlight video is gonna get you crushin' hard. If he were 3" taller he'd probably be a late 1st/early 2nd.
Wow he's like a little Jamal Murray. I'm guessing he must be Jimmer level bad on D? If he can make a post entry pass I'm interested.

you heard Teague here first yesterday....if missing out on Gallo and a few others I would not rule out Tony Snell on the vet min.
40% 3s and 8 pts in 28 mpg last season. Age only 29 so still gas in the tank

Do we have confirmation yet that we have BOTH 42 and 60?

Considering they have expressed no desire to trade him and he's expressed no desire to leave....... He picked up his option i believe. The Kings PF slots look like a version the Bucks days of future past with Parker, Ersan and WilsonAussieBuck wrote:**** it, lets give Jabari a tryout We've got spots to fill.

We could always just bring back Beas he was a legit Jabari replacement.RiotPunch wrote:AussieBuck wrote:**** it, lets give Jabari a tryout We've got spots to fill.

Our youngest signed player (as of Basketball Reference) is Giannis. Where are all the guys who said (during the playoffs) that what we needed to do is get younger?

Re: Bucks News, Trade Ideas, Transactions
We're going to have to target some young minimum contract level players to keep costs down.
Mapping a way to fill this roster and have even a portion of the MLE is proving very difficult as I'm going through different scenarios. We're likely looking at a portion of ~$6M of the MLE, on the optimistic side, projecting out as it stands now. Even the $5.7M mini is in some doubt in order to stay below the apron. Having Bogdan's starting salary on the lower side and getting Leuer's dead money wiped would change everything though.
