Lots of Jazz reporters have said Utah is interested in Udoka Azubuike, that is probably our pick at 38 if he is there.

Azubuike seems like a weird pick. Doesn't really play like Quin likes his bigs to play, and sounds like he needs a lot of work.

Not knocking the kid (or the rumour), just seems an odd fit for Utah who need playable depth now.

I assume we stretch Davis. If we wanted to trade him we would have done 23+Davis for 27.

Added Hield's value is low so they will probably keep him.

Portland is a great suggestion. I know there's a lot of love for Collins, but a straight swap Bjelica for Collins makes sense to me since Portland doesn't have the readily available picks to move here.

Or Little+Mario+Simons, but that feels too complicated.

If the rumor is true about the Clippers wanting to move Lou Williams and migrate to having bigger guards, a trade for Kemba is counter to that plan.

Absolutely Clippers.

So, I get the concept that taking on Wiggins should have value, as he’s not a good player and Kemba is. But, remember that Kemba is paid more than Wiggins by $3+m per year and is a much older player. A lot of that value for eating Wiggins’ deal disappears and you don’t get 2 out of that.

Quickley is the other guy that has been mentioned a lot but Locke, so maybe it's him and not Udoka. I think it's hard to project how a center defends in college with no space vs. in the NBA with space - he certainly has the body to be developed into a good player.

A late 2nd doesn't seem particularly close on value.

They don’t. I would have suggested them, but they don’t have the assets.

Maybe that works for Portland, but not for Sac... unless you are talking about that ‘22 second. That’s gold. The team already owns two of the Blazers’ future 2nds.
