That actually a good thing for us if they trade Simmons for Harden. Stops the nets from becoming a super team. 76ers still won’t win it all.

I am likely one of the few people here who admits that they think Ben Simmons is awesome. But I have to keep it a secret.

He isn't a good fit with Emiid though. Would Harden be?

Embiid is always out of shape. Doesn’t really matter honestly.

I really couldn't possibly be living a more boring, isolated life right now, and somehow I still managed to get it...

What's the worst symptoms?

Whole thing was very mild for me. I've had the flu three times in the last four years, and this was easily the mildest of the three. I'm actually still not convinced all the symptoms were due to covid - the physician initially thought I had strep, because I had that classic painful swallowing, but that never got too bad and resolved after about 48 hours.

Two main symptoms for me were:

- Back pain. Whenever I get the flu, I always get muscle pain all over, which eventually resolves everywhere else and settles into my lower back. Throbbing, constant, unrelievable by changing position. Eventually got a handle on it with ibuprofen though. But I'm an idiot and hate taking meds so I always wait too long, until I'm about to go mad, before medicating.

- Dizziness. Really strange, with this one. Not something I've had with the flu before. For the first couple of days, when I had all the classic flu symptoms, which were mostly pretty mild, I was very dizzy. Like, enough to be quite uncomfortable trying to drive my car to go get the test.

Did you hold down an appetite, taste or smell senses?

Glad to see it didn't get too bad for you.

Yes. Started feeling feverish around 9pm Monday the 9th. Modest fever that night and the next. Tested at walk-in clinic ~4pm on Wednesday the 11th, fever already broke, tested 98.4°. Got results back mid-day Friday the 13th, positive. Basically fully recovered by that point already, but told to quarantine until I wake up on the 20th.

Sitting in my house twiddling my thumbs riding out the days ever since.

Damn, man - that sucks. But, awesome news that you've recovered. Definitely worth some twiddling to not pass that sucker on. We can engage in some esoteric debates on obscure draft value charts if you need help passing the time...

Got to be honest, when we lost to Miami, I needed a little break. Immediately got into Patriots mode. That didn't go so great. Then got super distracted by the election. Then got covid.

Yesterday was the first time I really logged back onto the forum to try to figure out what's going on, if I'd missed anything (nope), and to try to get my bearings for the draft.

So... Who we drafting?

They just declined Burtons TO which allows them to absorb the salary difference in their cap space.

GoCs123 posted it was Terrence Ferguson. Good deal for the Sixers.

Doubt Horford and Adams start the season with OKC. I’m sure OKC has other moves

Notice how us trading Kemba after 1 year would supposedly be a terrible look that will stop anyone from ever signing with us but 76ers trading Horford after 1 year and they get showered with praise.

Wait, a year ago everyone was crapping on Ainge for letting Horford go to a rival and everyone on twitter is calling Morey a genius for trading a 1st to get off of Al's contract?

What's going on LMAO

I can’t believe they got off AL’s contract for so little. Green is a decent 3&D also, better than anything we have coming off the bench. Bad start to the night.

Also not a good look for potential fee agents thinking Philly in future.

They won't care about fit for a while. Especially not this upcoming season. Great year to get into top 3 of draft supposedly.
