2020 NBA Draft Night Thread

Post#1 » by The Moose » Wed Nov 18, 2020 11:52 pm

Feel free to merge this if you want mods , but I I think it’s a good idea to have a specific draft night thread for future /archiving purposes

With that being said I’m hoping we take Hayes. However I have a small feeling Deni will be there when we pick, and we select him

I’d very much like to know the year of this first and the protections.

I haven’t really been looking at players around that range, who does everyone like at 16?

I think if Ball is there at 3 there's a good chance Charlotte trades down for you, would you be mad if it was 3 for 7 and 16
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

if they go Williams at 7 think Kira Lewis, Terry, or Anthony at that 16 range!
I like this move a lot.

On the General Board they said Detroit just sold their 2021 2nd round pick to Houston for $4.6 million. I have to assume it's a part of this deal?
At the end of the day, it's not about wins and losses. Teamwork, fair play, and good sportsmanship make champions of us all.

Go arbitrary assortment of athletes! Beat the other arbitrary assortment of athletes or my mood will suffer!

Not big on Ball, so I'd rather keep both picks and try to reload some talent..but that's just me.

What a damn deal. Now I have hope! Wow! 2 picks in this draft. 7 and 16. Can we get some more, or are these going to combine for perhaps something higher? Maybe something altogether different?

Now I'm excited.

This deal is officially great. Is this what its like to have an actual GM?

That is the type of protections I was hoping for in a potential move up for Ball.

If they do move up and get Mel with #7 and #16, I will be very happy.

Damn we fleeced them. Lol!! We are either moving up or we are getting two 1st rounders tonight. This is exactly what we’ve been missing.

Ok

So right now before picks we could role out a lineup of rose/kennard/ariza/Griffin/wood. Nothing fancy but some potential there

Let's trade snell for a late 1st/2 year contract maybe 3 year contract

Return to Detroit Pistons
