For as long as we've been following this stuff closely on here (2002?), a bunch of deals would get reported at 12:01am, when the moratorium had only been lifted for one minute. Those deals didn't just suddenly happen in the span of a few seconds.

Consider this: if we knew nothing about the Bogdanovic deal on Monday, the Holiday deal would perhaps have been analyzed in a different context.
