Thank God that Kelly Olynkn clone is off the board.
I mean he's not ugly like Kelly and he may be effective like Kelly but I don't want to have to bregrungly respect his effectiveness and hate his game for the next 4-8 years.

One of Vassell, Hali, Precious, Bey, Nesmith, or Lewis Jr. could still be available at 14.

I think given a draft with no reason to trade up for, this is the right GM move.

Adding more rookies to the team, and losing Hayward for nothing. All after Danny said "we aren't good enough".
Outstanding off season. This team/organization is ready for Championships/Championship decisions, and it likely took a tiny step backwards.

And we should. Healthy Hayward and we would have been in the finals. Hope Hayward is watching Horford getting screwed and restructures that contract to come back. Danny hits on the pick at 14 and we are solid.
I don't disagree as far as major moves. I do think we need to upgrade the bench. Our top 6 is great. We need another legit 5, a reliable backup PG and a good stretch 4. Guys like PJ Tucker and George Hill I believe could be had.
I like guys like Langford, Timelord, Grant and the potential draft picks tonight. But I do think we need to push for more vet help.

So a run of perimeter players now? Unless somebody makes the Gollum choice?
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

Hali is an ideal backup guard, at this point I'm for him. But his defense and shot release are troubling. Can really only spot up.

He'll get to 15. Yes that means when he's on the board at 14 Danny will pass for some random player we've never heard of.

Crying because Ainge won't trade up 3 spots for the same caliber of player is a classic.
Never fails to amaze me on this board lol. This isn't 2k

Draft has been boring. I thought we were going to see some trades. Nothing so far.
