Best player from all those trades outside Dlo, a better shooter than even Dlo, gave up that pick to Denver, absolutely needed 2 to 3 better shooters on this team and having him almost felt like it could be enough alone to make the difference. It royally sucks to just lose him, lose the bird rights, walk away. Then draft a 29% shooter. My hope for the team is a bit devastated by it really. Hopefully things look better by the end of the week.

It would be a tremendous loss. He had a massive role here. I can't understate how bad it will be to lose him for nothing, you aren't easily replacing a stroke like that. It's not just he shooting either, the competitive nature, confidence, that's a big hit. Rubio and Edwards are going to kill us with the lack of shooting.

I'm confused because I could've sworn the deadline to extend a QO is November 19..

All of the good vibes from the 1st pick are gone if we lost Beasley for nothing.

I feel like we are doing all this to keep DLo happy.

Pass on LaMelo? Check

DLo needs a compliment that will play defense for him, and doesn’t try to be a star? Ok, let’s get Rubio.

I haven't looked it up, but I think we would know if we didn't extend the QO to Beasley since it'd be pretty big news..I still think we bring him back, we'd be a deep team at the 1-2 positions

I haven't seen anything about Beasley's QO being declined from Doogie or Jon K.
Is there any source for this?

And I love Rubio but we need ALOT of shooting on this team if guys like Rubio, Edwards, and Okogie are getting big minutes.

They should have traded back up afterwards to get a confident shooter if they knew they weren't bringing beasley back. If Rosas knew that and doesn't bring in a gaming shooter he needs to go yesterday. His first season he was starting two new players that didn't deserve to start and couldn't hit the side of a barn, he was playing Okogie who couldn't shoot well yet. They've picked up Okogies next year and are probably going to carry Culver until retirement to prove that trade up was worth something. So they needed to make sure a better shooter was here for this next season. I'm wondering if somenoe like Bane might be a late first or second round pick. I just am not excited about them adding too many new players.
