I don’t think the move can be judged until you see what happens with gallo.

feels like Gallo is going to walk (Hawks)

We had a ''meh'' Al horford/Danny Green trade; overpaying for #17 and Gallo walking...not the best draft day but whatever

Man that feels like we salary dumped Rubio. 24+28 feels like enough for 17.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

So after this, does that mean the thunder have 4 trade exceptions? Didn’t they have two and get them get one for both CP and Rubio? If they were to sign and trade Gallo and then use all those trade exceptions, that’s a big deal.

Maybe dumping salary because we plan to take back some from a Gallo s&t?

Do we ever use our trade exceptions? Seems like they all expire.

It's possible, but you'd think we could've gotten a 2nd somewhere if that was the goal

Rumors are mavs like poku at 18 so this would prevent that. Nesmith and terry are other dark horse candidates I think we could take.

Yeah, just trying to make sense of it. Seems un-Sam-like.

In regards to letting them expire, this is the first time we’ve been actively rebuilding, though.

Vassell is the prototypical spurs pick.

Not seeing it’s done and no way nesmith is available there. There were some rumors of him dropping today because of his foot injury not healing completely yet. I would be shocked if he dropped past 20 if the injury concerns are legit. If not he could go any time, in my opinion.

I like haliburton, but what are the kings doing? Do they have a plan?
