Lol, what?
If this dude is a quarter of the player Zach Randolph was, we just got the steal if the draft.

Ps: He's not.

I'm talking stylistically not that he's as good as Randolph. He gobbles up rebounds and he's crafty around the rim.

Really like the Bey pick, would have preferred to take him at 16 and keep Kennard but it is what it is.

Dude... Kennard for Bey is a good deal, especially with all the additional cheap years. I love two of the three picks, and I’m giving Weaver leeway on the third.

A full rebuild. Finally. So happy.

I don't know why but the Stewart pick make me some unhappy...

Hayes bey at 16 and Xavier at 19 would be better.

Mark my words. Tillman will be one of the steals of this draft

My question is why did we take Stewart at 16 and not 19 if we had to have him. Stewart could of been there in the 2nd seems foolish to grab him right there when you're the only guy targeting him before maybe the late first.

It's only the first round and he's already knocked this outta the park for me! Though I actually like Stewart as he played in IN and I saw him alot as a recruit.

LETS EFFING GO!!

That Stewart @ #16 is such a stunning (not in a good way) move.

Otherwise, this has been a very good draft for the Pistons.

McGruder's contract is unguaranteed, so not really a detriment,

And stewart outplayed all the guys higher than him head to head. I didn't think we'd have to pick him this high. I was thinking late first early second.

I posted this the other night.

Watch this!! It’s basketball porn. This kid is legit in play for us next year and being actually possible.

So happy. We need to trade Rose and Griffin. Then we are where we need to be.

Gave up 7M in cap space, locked ourselves from trading our pick for the next 4 years, and gave up a future 1st so we could draft Stewart

What exactly did the Pistons do to get cursed like this?

Don't sleep on Ike Stewart... hes one of the best bigs in the draft. Troy took care of the wing problem at with Bey so I'm completely satisfied.

I really feel like Troy did the best job he could with what he had
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!

I wonder if folks would be reacting like this if we got Bey at 16 and Stewart at 19? I have to imagine Weaver had a reason for the order, likely some intel on interest in Stewart at 17 and 18.
