Just watched my first ever Malachi Flynn highlights video. The player he reminds me of the most is a quicker
version of Mike Bibby. Also a lot of similarities to Fred VanVleets game.

In all seriousness I don't mind the pick. CBSsports had him there too for a bit and the write up on Flynn was pretty flattering for a 29th pick. I have faith.

If we drafted a player that has even close to the peak value of FVV (much less Lowry) that is a really good value at #29

people are acting like a FVV clone at pick 29 is a bad thing. I'd be super happy if he developed into that.

Double PGs all day, Flynn is good, we'd run 3 small in the backcourt, but all really good defenders and legit playmakers and shooters.

He is an amazing shooter! Steph was taken lower cause of his defence. I am not saying he is a Steph level shooter, but why the hell do we need more short PG’s ! We need shooting above everything else, we have enough defence.

We need td2s replacement... Freddy and Kyle will be starting.. next season..we need to get a small forward in free agency as a backup.. OG is the starting SF...Pascal will be the 4.. not sure if Ibaka will be back..would be the perfect 5 for us.. let's see what happens..

ya wanted terry....but dont get me wrong. Flynn played on one of the best teams and he was the. 'The Guy" ...he had to take and make tough shots!

I like the fact that he’s a blue collar hard nose defender and a very unselfish playmaker!!! And he’s NBA ready which is good!

Really does have some FVV to his game. For a late first round pick that isn't a bad thing. Having Lowry and FVV as his mentors seems about perfect.
