Didn’t Ferguson go nuts against us in a game against us either last year or the year before?

Anyone else find his face extremely punchable?
No he looks like he would eat your punch and hit back, likely much harder.

Elton Brand has the distinction of screwing the Sixers in two different decades. First as a MAX contract free agent BUST. Then as GM by signing MAX contract free agent BUSTS.

Having a punchable face and actually punching someone in the face are 2 different things.
The much harder part? No doubt

Seems harsh. I'm sure the guy knows he screwed up and he's handled getting supplanted by Morey with class.
Is that you Anna Horford?

Fixing the mess operation has started.
Its painfull to give up assets to unload a big contract we just signed last offseason but it had to be done. At least the price isnt huge and Green could be a usefull rotation player next season.

Never liked the Horford signing. It was like a nightmare when I first heard the rumors... then it came true.
Now the Sixers have to trade two picks to move him for another over the hill player, whom they also could have had last year for a fraction of the price. Brand sucked. Colangelo sucked. This team has blown so many opportunities. Just watch that 2025 pick turn out to be a top 15 pick.

Lol i see the Brand detractors are gashing their teeth AGAIN ..yeah, lets forget that it's been CONFIRMED that the moves made were a GROUP decision...lets all blame Elton AS USUAL!!!.. smh and the same folks will turn around and pretend like he's not involved when a positive move is made aswell...that's how biased some folks are.

Better fit with 3 point shooting and getting rid of that contract
Who **** cares about the contract? Tobias is the problem contract, not Horford. This does nothing.
Horford will be our next player traded

lol lame, Brand lover lol.
Sure it’s a group decision, I bet he had a much bigger say than most though, or why the hell was he hired?
he’s a coward trying to avoid as much responsibilities as possible.
Wait... is Elton Brand your dad?

I think this deal is not yet done in the bigger picture. Who we will able to sign with the cap flexibility we acquire with this trade will complete this deal.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Yep
I watched him a bit due to his Australian experience and he’s a better player than some are saying

Pretty great that we nabbed Danny Green and dumped Al.

Re: Horford to OKC For Green
People see that he lost his starting job to Lu Dort and immediately think he is garbage. He started 74 games a season ago and didn't put up terrible numbers.Tomjas wrote:SixthStreet wrote:Didn’t Ferguson go nuts against us in a game against us either last year or the year before?

I don't think he sticks around though to be honest, Daryl didn't even acknowledge him in the post draft presser. He talked about Danny Green as "the guy im not allowed to say much about".
If I were guessing, i would say Ferguson, Zhaire and even Furkan or Matisse might be sent in a package with Mike Scott for a veteran big.
