It's a long shot, but go ahead and offer the max to Ingram.

See what Minny plans to do with Beasley

What's the price tag on Harris?

Those will be my next targets.

I must be missing something if so many of you are so sure about how bad a draft it was. Please share b/c I didn’t do much prep for this year

I genuinely don't see how you can bash it outside of not getting a PG. If they know something about FVV or another trade they might be able to pull off that decision starts to make more sense so we won't really know what to think about this draft until they shape the roster with UDFA's and actual free agents...

Swung for the fences at 8 with Obi while still having a relatively safe floor. Some people might have preferred Deni, Kira or Halli there but there's not much to complain about with getting a guy who seemingly can walk into the league and get you 15ppg right away. If the defense comes along, he's a really good piece and a tremendous player to pair up with RJ. Some people here don't buy the jumper, but I do. I just don't think he was tasked with taking them because of his role at Dayton. I think he'll be a plus 35% 3 point shooter on volume. His form is very solid and he's a willing quick passer unlike Julius for example.

Quickley is what he is. Undersized combo who can shoot the hell out of the ball. Those guys tend to stick and we know the Knicks are desperate for shooting after last year's debacle and he might be the best shooter in the draft. ALso his long wingspan gives him some potential to not be a pushover defensively. Can't hate that in the late 1st IMO.

I would say a B because we're coming out of the draft still with some fit concerns and no clear answer at PG which would have been nice to have but to get a talent like Obi at 8 is worth the risk IMO.

Even before the draft I knew Frank was someone we would have to wait to mature. I don't live in fantasy land and think a skinny18 year old from France was ready from day 1 to take the league by storm.

Yep...sadly this is true. When you have no idea what you are doing who cares what pick you have.

Yeah wouldnt matter if you have 5 first picks in a row, need to have vision first, even if you luck out on LeBron he will find his way out eventually

Frank has another year of development and lets hope DSJ put that work in this off season. The fact we so far haven't traded for a bunch of mediocre vets makes me happy. Develop and play the young guys. Stink another year, draft a stud and keep acquiring assets and if the asset isn't what we like trade it for another asset. Exactly what we did with pick 33.

He was the third of the starting team in number of assists with less than 2 for a game (averaged 33 minutes). Maxey had 3,2 and Hagars 6,4.

Westbrook would make no sense and HOU is looking for a draft pick.

VanVleet while being an overpay will make half as much as Westbrook and is a much beter fit with the roster especially with RJ because FVV can play on and off the ball and is actually a good on ball defender.

Leon needs to pick up my boy Myles Powell from Seton Hall. That kids is a baller. Could be a 6th man off the bench.

If Obi is such a dunking machine you have to surround him with 4 shooters we dont even have 4 shooters on our roster
