Curry, Wiggins, Paschall, Draymond, Wiseman. I think you can win with that starting 5.

Luckily for the Warriors we added Wiggins and Paschall last year....that will help. Who knows...maybe Paschall explodes on the scene.

Not seeing spash bro's will be tough....but I think Warriors can be a good story.

The whole season is riding on Klay's leg (actually, both of his legs). Anywhere from world champion to lottery team.

That seems a bit extreme.

the way everyone is talking about this doesn't look good at all, likely an achilles tear, which is absolutely devastating for us but even more devastating for Klay...prayers up

looks like we might have to use the trade exception now, but the market is empty, not sure on who...it's a pretty terrible FA class.

Bob Myers is on CSNBA right now, and he confirmed that the MRI will be tomorrow.

I’m looking at Will Barton and JJ Reddick

Neither are great defenders, but we need the shooting and scoring as well

They just mentioned Barton as a possibility. I think the Warriors will inquire about Oubre Jr, and go for plan B of Barton although the talk is getting louder regarding Avery Bradley.

How about Evan Fournier? He is 6-7 Averaged 18ppg and 39% from 3p and can handle and pass the ball.

Oubre is an option. Start Oubre at small forward and play Wiggins at shooting guard.

Try to figure out what’s going on with Buddy and Bogdan up in Sacramento, Bogdan wants to explore his options before going to Milwaukee.

Bogdan will probably get 20+ a yr on the market, not an option

Barton makes the most sense at this point

It isnt the worst thing could have happen to our team. We are lucky to have all our picks and we didnt trade them before Klay injury.

Man, based on Bob's demeanor it doesn't sound good. He was pretty broke up about it.

I don't think it is, the way I see it we have a nearly zero chance at a championship without Klay, I think second round of playoffs is about as far as we go. With Klay healthy (at least for the latter part of the season and playoffs), everything is on the table. We have arguably the 2 best shooters in the league and now, some legit size and athleticism inside.

Of course anything can happen and I'm going to watch every game and pull for them no matter what, but without Klay, who is going to cover the opponents' best guard/wing and take the heat off of Steph? Who's going to knock down shots and space the floor (again, freeing up Steph)? Damion Lee? Jordan Poole? Not seeing it.

We'll see what else Myers pulls off before the season starts, but Klay's impact really is that big.

That's what he was like talking about KD so yeah, not good.

Having said that, if there's something bad but not quite "out for the year" bad, we could do fine there. This team can still beat a lot of teams in the regular season and get a decent playoff position. Just need Klay back at some point to get to the top.

what luck. Hope it isn't anything serious and it's just a pretty bad sprain that will take 1-2 months to heal (Better than tearing a ligament and having surgery). 2021 draft better have some really good SGs... just saying...

Obviously it's best to wait for the MRI results but based off Myers demeanor I'll be pretty surprised if this injury isn't season ending.
