I remember back in the days of Nellie, both times, just praying to bring in some power forwards.

Now we’ve got like 10 of em, and all the rumors we get are for effing power forwards lol!

Just play a lineup of Draymond, Paschall, Deni, Chriss, Carter. Lightyears.

I think Gordon does fit because of unlikely to be earned bonuses. But I'm not sure.

Gordon fits in the TE, $16.8M. But I would hesitate, not least because he will be 32 in another month and his contract runs four more years.

Edit: Oh, Eric Gordon. Too many trade rumors among too many Gordons to keep track.

Yep...and other than Chris Gatling Nellie couldn't get it right. When he finally got one (Webber) he screwed it up :(

I do hope the Dubs do use the TPE. Grab say Oubre.

Even if they’re out of contention at the Trade deadline they could move said player for maybe a 2021 pick and have 3 picks in next years deep draft

And if it turns out klay’s injury isn’t that bad, they’d be a dark horse to get to the WCFs

I’m hoping warriors use the tpe. Tucker, bjelica, Fournier, Ross or oubre would be nice.

Although I’m not yet fully in my depression, a thought of how we could replace Klay this season..

Wiggins + MIN 21(+probably more draft capital)

DeRozan + Devin Vassell

I don’t know if SAS would be interested, or if GSW wants to give up picks, but could solve some problems.

DeRozan becomes an expiring or 6th man once Klay returns.

Heard that, that is great news. We Dubs fans are so lucky to have Lacob as an owner.

The problem I see in any deal here though, is what are the Dubs tradable assets? I'd love to get an Oubre, but with Klay going down, looks like the dubs really need a Guard

I don't think moving Wiggins or Wiseman is a good move. I'd prefer to keep Chriss as it's not guaranteed Wiseman is ready to step in as a starter his first year as he could have Mitchell Robinson's problem of fouling to much.

That' leaves pretty much Looney, Poole and Paschal as the only real tradable assets - Don't really want to them to trade any picks for next year either

Assuming a team like the Nets want to create space for Harden trade - would one of these players be enough for a Dinwinddle or Levert?

Either Fournier or Ross would be good.

the FO needs to find a way to add 2 between bradley/redick/eric gordon/oubre with the MLE and the TPE if it's technically possible.
we basically needs a starting SG alongside steph (eric gordon would be perfect, bradley ok) and another SG/Sf from the bench who can score and shoot the 3 ball (redick? oubre? ).
any combination of those 4 would be ideal, maybe there's someone else as good as those 4 we can target?

Do you think that Wiseman and Green will fit well?
Both have not the 3pt shooting. I don't know if that has changed in the big offseason.
From the players that were mentioned Oubre could be a starter at sf with Wiggins moved to his favorite position as shooting guard.

Luke Kennard would have been a cheap rental and all it took was a late 1st rounder.

I think Eric Gordon and PJ Tucker could be worked out with the Rockets for Looney, Poole, and some future 2nd round picks. We are doing them a favor by taking on Gordon’s contract and would be the only team really interested in trading for him and PJ Tucker is thrown in as a sweetener or we could try to land Fournier or Oubre instead.
The team would be:

Curry/Mannion
Gordon/Wiggins
Wiggins/PJ Tucker
Draymond/PJ Tucker
Wiseman/Draymond

This is a decent squad that could make the play-offs and would be elite with 3 point shooting and perimeter defense once Klay returns.

Wow if we could get Eric Gordon and Tucker...that would be ridiculously great.

I think klay's uncertainty really put the clamps on making any trades that involve future draft picks.
Most 4th Quarter Points in Final since 1991
1995 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5
2000 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5 (61.1% TS)
2015 Stephen Curry 10.8 (75.1% TS)
1997 Michael Jordan 10.7 (55.1% TS)
1998 Michael Jordan 10.6 (50.6% TS)
2011 Dirk Nowitzki 10.3 (68.0% TS)

Yea I wouldn’t trade a pick until 2022. I actually don’t want Eric Gordon unless there are no other options. I’d rather go for oubre, fournier, Ross, reddick, lonzo or George hill. But I doubt any could be hand for pure cap space and seconds.

Yeah I would have said to trade their own first rounder in 2021 or 22 but there's a good chance the 2021 could be lotto pick.

Probably better to get a lotto pick next year than to fight for 7th or 8th seed to play the Lakers in the first round.
