Don't they already have 14 guaranteed contracts, including Valentine?

Seems like they won't be doing anything in free agency, right? Definitely nothing that impact the roster/rotation.

I think we have our team for the upcoming season.

Someone bout to be cut.

Predicting DJ Augustin at the vet min.

Maybe a trade of Sato or Thad.

This team definitely needs a vet playmaking PG to come off the bench, and be able to play with both Zach & Coby.

Wonder if Pelicans have any interest in flipping George Hill?

With signing of Val (which could be rescinded) and drafting of Pat, Sato, Hutch and Thad become expendable via trade. I think they'll keep Val because AK said they're focused on finding shooting. They could also buy-out Arci, Felicio, or Kornet (although he'd probably be kept for shooting too).

He's my top guy for it.

Can also see DJ Augustin as a vet min signing

I want DJ Augustin.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the Knicks push for him. Thibs was able to maximize his value in the past.

Who is that PG from Indiana the Bulls were gonna sign but he suddenly retired?

I'm liking Trey Burke the more I think about it. He'd be a nice scorer off the bench and fit with Val in the backcourt.

Players getting waived and cut will be interesting.

AK mentioned he wants a shooter from free agency. Some free agents that are available are Bogdanovic, Joe Harris, Gallinari, Dragic, Hood, KCP, Morris, Barea, Tyler Johnson, Augustin, Moore... Then some bigs they should look at are Baynes, Saric, Hernangomez bros, Bertans, Lopez and wonder if they still have interest in Harrel.

There’s options here but also depends on if they make any moves or trades. Let’s see what they do.

I like him, switchable and great D but can’t shoot. They just let Dunn and Shaq go, although Payton is a true distributor.

Ugh. Can we please sign somebody that isn’t guilty of domestic violence?

Hayward is a FA now. Can he still play? Maybe he could be had at below market value

Maybe S&T involving sato & Thad?

He couldn't be had below market (see Bog), but I wonder if a deal for Otto in a S&T might interest BOS. Otto is much better suited to play PF. But Hayward is 30, injury prone, and probably looking for something like 4/100.

Is Davis Bertans a FA? Would slot in nicely at the 4.
