At this point Horford is the only major contract on the books next season with Adams and Diallo the only FAs that might get resigned. If they walk OKC has over 80m in cap space next year. There are obviously some more deals that will happen here but maybe Presti was serious about keeping the cap sheet relatively clean.

And that’s great but so far he hasn’t even recouped 10m of that 70 he backed out of. Seems all the more humble for it honestly.

GS getting crazy is still the wildest in my mind.

Utah seems unlikely (though Conley for salary, Mitchell for value doesn't seem so far off).

Don't know other squads well enough.

Maybe the Clippers with PG make some sense?

I was thinking the same thing. Plus, he wanted to stay in Minnesota before Thibs pulled his QO (which I've always thought was a big mistake).

Not a rumor but hoping somebody can answer a question about the CBA rules. If a player is traded like D. Green from the Lakers. What are the conditions that he could rejoin the team if waived? I seem to recall if he is traded to a third team (Sixers) it might be possible. I ask because I think he might be moved around again before the trade deadline. If one of those teams in a non-playoff team, it is theoretically possible that he is later waived after the trade deadline. Pure hypothetical question to understand the league rules.

Not sure if its even an unpopular opinion, but i'd rather have Herro/Robinson and 1 1st vs Levert/Dinwiddie and 3/4 firsts

Boston and Philly are really the only two teams that seem to make sense and have the assets.

Philly really look not interested in a Harden deal. The roster was expensively retooled with a bunch of shooting guards.
Could it still be done? Sure. And with someone like a Tucker for Green swap for roster balance perhaps. But I would have the market of teams looking further reduced. Nets, Miami, and ?
