I see two great options.

Derrick Rose and PJ Tucker.

Rose may be what we need.

Could a future 2nd be enough? Maybe Poole?

Rose will be traded. Pistons got a pg in draft.
I think that Warriors is a possibility for him. He will accept a role from the bench especially for Warriors who have a chance to compete

What can we give up for one year of Rose?

The DPE but it’s only for one player, so you’d have to be cool with him as the main target

I want Daniel House Jnr now in depth on the wing. He is cheap, can ball, is a tank. Offer Looney who is now expendible with David Robinson Jnr on board, and Chriss, Smiley and Draybeast clogging the C spot. Houston need bigs.

Houston trade - House Jnr
Warriors trade - Looney

SG - Wiggins / Lee / Poole
SF - Oubre / House Jnr / Mulder

I don't trust Rose staying healthy.
His production last season was very very good his talent can not be doubted, but replacing an injured player with one of the most injury-prone players in the league isn't very smart imo.

Yeah, I found the mentioning of Rose a bit odd and wondered if it was a signal.

Rumors about Harden are starting to spread. Would you guys go for it?
As much as I don't like him, he's by far the best player we could get and would guarantee the contending status.

in return of what?
I read the rockets are seeking (rightfully considering we are talking about a top 10 player in the league) "a young franchise cornerstone type of player and a jrue holiday-like package of picks".

so minnie 1st next year for sure + multiple warriors future 1st round picks + who? wiggings?
I don't know, does wiggings fall into the "young franchise cornerstone type of player" definition?
Unless that means inlcuding wiseman too in the package which would be too much.

We still have 2.8 of the TE left, yes? it was 17.2 and Oubre was 14.4.

really you gonna have Curry watch while Harden pounds the ball for 20 seconds and takes a 28-foot step back?

Or hunt for cheap fouls?

Winning is one thing but they have to play a style of basketball worth watching.

Wouldn't have much left, would they? If that happened I'd take a vacation from Warrior basketball until Harden was gone.

I am not going to explain why Harden is an absolute no go to the Warriors, that is how obvious it should be at every parameter (style of play, team structure and depths, team's future, you name it). All I know if there is going to be even mention of contemplating getting Harden coming from the dubs front office, I'll loose all the respect to the organization from owner or down. So please guys, lets drop that "Harden to the Warriors" subject altogether. It's making me sick.

My thoughts exactly. Small price to pay for future Hall of Famer Alen Smailagic. 8-)

God....I feel dirty considering having him on the team :(

But it would make some sense with the loss of Klay....

Curry, Harden, Wiggins, Green

The trade would probably be Wiseman, Oubre and picks.

Eh...not super excited to bring him into our world.

John Wall demanding a trade. Doesn't he just about have to end up in Houston? Two teams with expensive problems?
