I'd legit take Melo on a one year deal. Not for the full MLE though
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Even if it’s bleak in the chasing rings department right now, come middle of the season things will adjust and you’ll see the glory seekers eyeing up Miltown.
Go Bucks!

I'm into this. Chris Wood provides some individual pop on offense and hit 3s and a pretty damn good clip last yr.

Surprising thing about Wood was that he was 3rd among PFs last year in DRPM. He can do a lot of things, and if he continues to play like last year, we'd eventually be ecstatic to have his Bird rights.

I dont see wood coming here unless we move Brook. I think he gets offered more than the MLE by the Pistons anyway but no way hes coming back here to come off the bench when he was the man in DET those last couple of months. He stays put. No way were getting Gallo, Harris, or Wood without a S&T and we have nothing left to give.

I feel like we're probably still going to trade Donte.

I'd definitely get a Melo jersey if he came here. He'd be a walking bucket for the 2nd unit.

Donte liked my tweet at him saying that bucks fans still would love to have him in MKE so hopefully he doesn’t have any resentment against the team lol

Actually, he'll be pleasantly surprised at how good DDV is as the starting SG.

Spurs drafted Vassell, will Keldon Johnson, Derrick White, or Lonnie Walker be available?

White/Holiday backcourt would be fun.

I’d still love to get white. I think a jrue, white backcourt would work really well as both are very good defenders, have experience playing on ball and off ball. Neither is quite the shooter you’d like to see, but I’d be down with it.

Griffin returns next year, and Detroit just traded for Dedman and Tony Bradley. Detroit also continues to take on other bad contracts, slimming there cap space. They do not have his Bird rights.

I think Wood would play more than Brook, even if he was the reserve.

Could plan B be taking a shot at Oladipo. Take a risk on him in a contract year. Definitely an all-in move. Donte+DJ+2nd Rd pick, might need to sign a 2/3yr Sterling brown contract to make the $$$ work as well. DDV is definitely safer than Oladipo, this would be a very Bucks panic move though.

Literally the most Bucks thing ever would be if they then traded Donte for crap to save themselves from trying to resuscitate their relationship with him.

Oladipo has definitely popped into my head as a dark horse candidate to be the fall back plan. I’m 1 of the few elated with Jrue Holiday so as long as the SG is competent, our backcourt is drastically improved. DDV 100% falls into that category. Joe Harris would be nice too. Seen his name floating around...

I like Augustine in Hills role, that’s great imho. Need a microwave shooter off the bench who can facilitate a 2nd unit and get crafty buckets for himself and teammates. Hill was also that but Augustine is a fine replacement. Lateral move at worst for me... I don’t want to overpay for him but I’m definitely interested in getting him at a fair price. He’s a great fit.
