Six centers at eight minutes apiece - at least they’ll be fresh

I am officially hating this off-season.

Need to trade Blake for an impact SF and re-sign Wood to make it better

How many players can we put on this roster that can't shoot.... that's the real question.

I'm 100% fine with this signing its actually the type of move we should make... find a guy who is young and needs a chance and could develop into something better than he has been. Just would make more sense without Plumlee. Okafar would be a great vet min 3rd center that you hope develops into being good enough to be the backup.

Why did they even bother drafting Stewart?

Is this what Weaver meant when he said we were "retooling"?

I hate when we do this, draft a kid and then sign a vet who the coach is gonna naturally play over him.

Please write something to the Pistons mailbag: Ive had a few of my questions answered.

Id love to see how anyone can rationalize what is going on here.

Did Weaver think he was going to do something interesting with Dedmon and it didnt work out? So he just went full moron?

Why did we take on some guy to flex him? For 5 years? To sign Plumlee?

I think he can play some PF honestly, it is strange that trade still hasn’t been announced yet though

Almost makes you feel like there might be more to that trade...

Still got Blake in the fold, and Sekou should get some minutes at the 4. Right now it sure is looking like Stewart is going to get squeezed out of the rotation.

I think the reason it hasn't been announced yet is due to the circumstances around Ariza. Ariza was traded twice in the past week, and there is uncertainty surrounding his contract status. I'm sure the people who need to know have a full grasp of his contract, but there may be trying to get him on the move again which is why it hasn't become official.

Its not out of the question that Stewart might be moved though. Boston traded Bane today, whom they drafted at 30.

How poetic that some of us have spent the last year laughing at the Pelicans for choosing Okafor over Wood yet here we are about to do the same damn thing.

I'm assuming it was agreed to during the draft, and Boston drafted Bane for Memphis.

Hey, Raps fan here. Just wondering why Detroit decided to opt for Plumlee and Okafaor instead of Wood? Was there something about his game or attitude that turned them off, cause from the outside looking in he has an insane amount of potential.

I think hes certainly got potential. I am very interested to see if he can play on a winning team though

Think a lot of Toronto fans are hoping to see that as well :D

Thanks for answering and all the best in the upcoming season.
