That's fair. I certainly would not be advocating for him to start again. His value on defense just tends to be overlooked and undervalued around here. Creates a perimeter stopper hole, as you probably want Jrue/Midds to have enough in the tank to be effective on offense.

I'm pretty sure you want him to start. Not playing starter minutes, but playing with the starters. And especially playing versus the starters. Wes is at his worst when he has to make decisions on offense so you want to minimize that. And on defense he's best guarding the ball versus wings.
