There are A LOT of bad contracts being signed by BAD Teams. Doesn't mean we should be paying FVV more or less than what the Raptors projected him to make in the free market. If a team offers him a crazy deal then there is nothing wrong with not trying to match it. If a deal is fair and within what they are willing to pay then you try to match it.

I mean, Harrell for the MLE isn't the worst deal in the world because he's going to be playing a backup role in LA and isn't going to be expected to do too much. Woods suggested deal would be a solid value deal. There have been some good signings. Just a lot of bad ones - mostly coming from Detroit.
