Anything could happen. This has been a wild off-season so far. At least we aren’t mortgaging our future.

Today just doesn’t make sense. Okafor and Jackson did. The Plumlee deal is a head scratcher. That’s a deal you make if you’re still trying to win. The young kids will lose. Veterans win more games

I agree with the general idea you’re conveying here, but plumlee ain’t making us a 50 win team. trades are also most definitely coming.

Just like our first round picks - two logical deals and a head scratcher.

Yes, although I'm not sure anything about Hands actually playing on a two-way deal for the Pistons has been reported yet. This offseason is weird but there should be expanded rosters up to 20 right now too like usual.

I don’t see Weaver trading for Westbrook. He isn’t 7 feet tall.

I’m staying calm through it. I honestly love getting Okafor and Jackson cheap. Those are the types of deals we need. Don’t understand the Plumlee deal, but not going to overreact.

If Rose and Griffin get dealt and something happens with Wood involving us, maybe some of this is for a reason.

Josh Jackson is a knucklehead. But he still has a ton of untapped potential and he’s playing for his hometown team. That pick could be good for us. Especially with Casey coaching.

Jackson and Okafor are just fine.

I agree on Plumlee. Disappointing deal to see but it’s not a huge issue. I don’t hate the player outright, but the deal seems like an overpay and doesn’t make much sense for us. I also really don’t like that it’s 3 years fully guaranteed.

Harrell would have been a great 3 years $39 million type signing with our cap space... see what he can develop into. Instead of taking on a contract like Ariza and then losing Wood for nothing.

Sign Jerami Grant to a short deal

I mean this with all due respect, but... you guys know we're actively trying to be bad right?

If I start to see some dumb 4-5 year deals, I'll be worried, but for now... shrug.

Either be bad or be great. These moves don't make us great. This is not going to end well... And we had a clear path to relevancy... This feels like a botched surgery.

No, the main motivation has always been to trade Blake for Grant IMO.
