Presti is overrated. Its nice and cute to have 250 first round picks but OKC is not winning anything.
At the end of the day, they still suck.

I see alot more Tim Duncan, maybe Anthony Davis or Kevin McHale type personality in JT than I see James Harden.

Not every superstar is a natural leader, and certainly not every natural leader is a superstar.

JT Brad and Kemba are all pretty low keyed. Smart and JB while less talented fill that leadership role pretty well.

As for the hero ball,(which i hate) I see that more pushed on JT by the organization than driven by JT.

I think you are maybe mistaking a softer personality for a larger ego, jmo

Ya I've been fine with hayward returning, but not at 4 years. You really wnat to go no longer than three to match his expiring contract up with kemba's give the Celtics a shot in free agency in three years to pair another star with Brown/Tatum. 4 years is just BEGGING the contract to become an albatross.

The Celtics need that contract signed, either to trade Hayward now or later.

KOC on a podcast tonight (think it was just uploaded a few hours ago) said confidently that Hayward was using NYK to up offers and he only really wants to go to Indy (or stay in Boston). He said Boston wants Turner and Warren (or Holiday; note: this was before Holiday signed his deal a couple hours ago). Indy wants to only give up Turner and McDermott, but KOC said Boston does not want McDermott.

KOC and Vernon both said they really like a Turner fit for Boston.

I think the hold up is moving Doug for a player we like on a third team.

Jamychal Green to Nuggets. Clippers already lost two of their rotational players. Kennard for Shamet is slight upgrade.

By the end of the week, PG and Kawhi are too disgruntled, we can trade for either of them lol.

Any news on Milsap? Can we get him for MLE? If we do this Pacer trade we need a 4 that rebounds better than Tatum.

Kemba, Brown, Tatum, Milsap, Turner is a good rebounding unit.

Smart comes in first for Milsap, who plays 25 mpg or so.

Last check before bed. Did we trade JT for a winner yet? ; )

I would have liked to get Steve Adams somehow, but he's going to be good in NO I think. Come playoff time Van Gundy Pelicans with Adams and Zion are going to smash some team in the mouth. Should be fun if they match up against Dallas, there's a shift of power coming to the West, but LA still on top unfortunately.

Hope we find tomorrow that Turner and Warren are incoming.
