I do want to start Quickley over someone like Bodganovich though. I think people sleeping on his upside. On Kentucky he played mainly off the ball but he has more skills than that. He can create for himself.
It’s also because they make those types of moves for Dragic and co. that they’ve been able to build this culture. They’ve built continuity. They’ve committed to their FA signings instead of telling them « Use us for your next contract, these younger guys won’t hold you accountable so you can safely stat pad here for a year and bounce ». That’s the message we’re sending folks, real talk.
