So here’s what we got so far...

Paul | Payne
Booker | Carter | Okobo | Alexander
Bridges | Johnson | Nader
Crowder | Saric
Ayton | Smith

Still need to add a PG to compete with Payne + another guy who can play the 4/5.

I think that he will start at PF and Cam will play big minutes as a 3/4 backup.

Crowder fits so well with our roster. He is gonna be able to switch everything and he is really smart covering holes as a team defender.

He can make our team more versatile, we can play him next to Saric and Ayton occasionally and play really big or we can put him sometimes as an smallball C, he did it succesfully on the Heat.

Yeah Crowder is definite a pf that can play some wing. But he’s best as a stretch 4. I would start him too. Johnson played well but he needs to step it up and actually beat out Crowder for the 4 spot. And I think Saric should be the backup center if he’s back. Or Baynes if you can somehow retain him.

Crowder has been a starter for most of his career. Have a feeling we might start him at the 4 and bring Cam off the bench. That might actually work better for us.

Hope that 3rd year is a TO but seems unlikely in this market.

I thought he was a much better shooter off memory. He’s an upgrade over Nader for sure. Sounds like PF by committee.

I get the impression Crowder plays better on good teams that want to contend. Hence why he was poor in memphis.

Fingers crossed he's fired up to play with Book and CP3, and maybe lights a fire under ayton along with CP3

Crowder didn't play bad in Memphis, he just didn't shoot the ball well, but he was really good at everything else.

The Grizzlies were much better with him on the roster, look at their wins before and after trading him.

Ayton is still probably our best defender against both of them.

Same, I think Cam would be better off the bench to provide some scoring for that unit.

Good signing, not just for the player but for having a trade-able contract on a decent player if an opportunity for a trade comes along. He will provide some toughness at 3/4 he is a good fit next to Ayton on the floor. Good defender and gives us the grit we are losing with Baynes leaving...gotta have a guy willing to punch a dude who is acting up.

Cam > Crowder, as he's a lethal shooter, he's elite at something. Crowder is just a jack of all trades.

Low key everyone on our team except Booker is kinda nasty defensively while being versatile defenders too...

Lots of shooting too in this team.

This feels like the best team we’ve had since 2010. Yes, even better than 2014.

I think so too but I also think he won't.

Love the signing. I'm probably a little biased though since I'm a marquette fan and Jae was one of my favorite college players.

Tough dude who plays bigger than he is. Him and Carter are going to be buddies if Javon comes back.

Streaky shooter who isn't bashful about letting it fly.

Cam is still inexperienced, injuries also being a concern in the past, so not sure how ready he is to play a full season as a starter. Crowder's toughness will certainly be useful against bigger lineups. Saric Cam inside out game in the second unit should work very well.
