Hopefully we leave capspace for Kawhi next summer, Clippers are a mess

Everybody around here talking Giannis 2021 but it could very well be Kawhi coming back here in 2021

Let's not go there again. Uncle Dennis thinks he's bigger than the team...he can go f himself.

Looking at the cap space I don’t think Masai will go over 10 mil or 11 mil for Ibaka. We dont want to be in Tax because next year we will be in tax with a max free agent and this would mean we have to pay the repeater tax. Also we would lose the MLE and would only have the Tax Payer exception

Don’t think they would’ve done it anyways since they got LaMelo

Re: Free Agency Thread **NOW OPEN**
so instead of kemba at 4 yr 140, they chose to give rozier 66 million for 3, hayward 120million, and will incur cap charge for 9 million for 3 years.
i am still deciding on what team had a worst offseason, piston or charlotte, i'm leaning towards piston, who gave up lots of picks/flexibility and build a team that can play todays style.

Ibaka in todays market is worth 18-20 million on a 2-3 year deal. Raptors will make a trade to open up cap space if they resign Ibaka.

There’s no way you pass on kawhi if he wants to come back knowing he already works with your core. You might have to restructure this team to fit another superstar’s style.

No one has that capspace left to give him that kind of contract other than NY and they dont need him. So he doesn’t have an option. Raps dont want to be in tax this year, so unless they unload players for picks to free up cap, Masai is not giving him 18Mil
