salaries have to match. Kuz by himself won't get you there. Personally Kuzma should be traded for the best wing defender the lakers can get for him at this point. Kuz' worth to the Lakers roster is completely irrelevant with Schroeder and Harrell on the roster.

Kings need to match odder sheet for Bogdan and hold on to him until they can get better value.

kings screwed themselves here. They diminished his trade value once he was officially traded and all was rescinded. Teams now know that the Kings are desperate to get rid of BB.

Kings losing all leverage after Hawks signed Dunn. Lakers might just sign the better defender in KCP all look to flip Kuz for a wing defender.

Ya idk about this. KCP was our best shooter and capable defender. I like Bogdan but he’s more of an all-around player who may or may not be as good defensively and chemistry wise.

Kuzma + McGee + filler for Bogdan - ok. KCP + Kuzma, naah.

KCP and Bogdan for SG spot would be greeeat for Lakers.
Caruso + Shroder for PG and what a team.

KCP makes big shots more than he shoots a high %. He shot 30% in the finals.

Seems like Bogdan is the better overall player than KCP which is what the Lakers may need during the regular to not overwork Lebron and AD.

I don’t think we’re really in this. I feel like this is a leverage play

KCP is a role player who got hot for a while. If you gotta pay him 15 mill or pay Bogdan the same(ish), it's not even a question. KCP at 15 mill is gonna be a bad contract, and i think everybody knows it. It's not even a discussion, imo. Take bogs everytime, work around the edges using the buy out market

That’s why the Lakers are looking to s&t.

Kuz, McGee + fillers for Bogdan!

I don't understand the KCP hype, he provides nothing that we can't replace for the vet minimum. Between him and Bogdan that's a no-brainer.

Seriously hope the Kings don't trade for Caldwell-Pope. He's overrated and not worth 15M a year. He's better off on a team where's surrounded by players better than him that will make him look good. It would be the same mistake we made with signing Ariza.

Kuzma I don't mind so much, if he doesn't work out, just let him leave.

Better question: why in the hell would Sac want him OR Kuzma? Ew

I’d rather let Bogdan walk Tbh

me thinks they'll trade Kuz, McGee +++ for Bogdan. Lakers need KCP to be back.

KCP is great on ball defender and that is even more valuable today because there are a lot of high scoring guards in the league so it is good if you have someone to slow them down. He is also more efficient shooter while Bogdanovic has better per 36 stats and better impact stats.

Euro bias is real. Bogi's a good defender, lol. I dont see this huge gap between him and KCP on defense

I’m of the opinion it should be for Kuz, not KCP, if possible.

James
KCP
Bogdanovic
AD
Harrell

Nice starting line up with Harrell only playing first few min of each half for energy.

Schroder
Caruso
McGee
Morris
THT

It’s really pretty good.
