I wanted Randle and Payton gone because anyone who watched the Knicks last season knew that those 2 were a big issue. they played selfishly (there was a crazy that showed Payton and Randle played a 2-man game more than any other duo in the NBA) and provide no spacing on a team that desperately needs it

Randle gone and Payton as 3rd PG is the only way this makes sense. DSJ and Frank better come win the job.

Knicks have 3 PG's on the roster.

Then who is going to start? What is going to be our PG rotation? Even if Payton doesn't start he needs at least 25 minutes a game and we have THREE rookie PGs to try and develop

Who is talking about Frank? I’m referring to another year of Payton and Randle playing hero ball while the entire team watches them. Randle is trying to convince himself he can be a team’s #1 option (he won’t be) and Payton is trying to get his value up to get paid (he won’t be). RJ especially had major issues with Payton last season where he was getting ignored on the perimeter.

This is bigger than Frank, it hurts everyone.

And as for the assumption Payton starts, yes it’s not a given but Thibs doesn’t exactly have a stellar track record of prioritizing youth and development over veterans.

Well I guess that’s just too damn bad now isn’t it?
They thrown in the towel and the season hasn’t even begun yet they wanna run the same team back expecting different results then that’s on them and their own stupidity

Nope, we will magically fall in the lotto. About one or two picks from anyone that can turn this franchise around. I believe the commish ensures we never get anyone that is box office due to how horrible the Knicks are at franchise building.
