It was really just a few comments promising "big news" between 1 and 4:30 (something like that) and then when 4:30 came and went, he came back in (and this is where maybe you think banning is appropriate) he promises that he has "big news, everyone will see, it's going to be at...8:30 - I'm doing this from memory - that there was a glitch in the proceedings, but something big coming.

So, f*cking around a little isn't the end of the world, but he doubled down and pushed the time out, which is aholish, in my mind, and I'm pretty generous about what I consider that, since I like to be one a lot.

again the only justification is this is doing a CAA client and agent a solid. There is literally no other reason and that is a huge concern. Because they for sure have to know the optics of how bad last year looked for spacing purposes and they still said **** it lets sign another CAA guy.

Yeah this deal makes no sense. Unless they’re trading for Westbrook and Payton will be the backup. Even then, it’s still terrible.

I think overall, the franchise is moving in the right-ish direction (being a bottom-5 team next season), but I question the moves they're making:

1) anyone who watched Elfrid, knew he had to go. shooting is needed
2) EVERY move has been relationship driven: CAA/Kentucky/Jazz....relationships are cool, but objectivity matters, and we've been down this road before w/ CAA
4) Why trade #33? we need talent now, and already have 3 other 2023 2nd's

I liked the Burks signing and although I have concerns w/ Obi (defense, fit), he'll be a good player. Quickley is good too b/c he was 1 of the best shooters in the draft, tho I still wanted RJ Hampton (next Zach LaVine?)

Nonetheless, I would have hired Presti as POBO. he's the best in the league IMO

PG play was so bad last year Payton was a welcome sight. Then we saw his motives and turned on him. Can’t go into the season with the same guards. Makes 0 sense.
