They should have kept Bolmaro and taken Quickley 33rd. He wasn't getting drafted earlier.

we didn't have the 33rd until they traded back from 23 to 25 and 33 so we couldn't have kept bolmaro

Ok they should have just kept Bolmaro.

Or we should have pick Hampton 23 or Pritchard at 25 and Quickley at 33.

Or we could've packaged 23 and 33 and moved up to 19 or 20?

No. We got 25 and 33 throwing Bolmaro (23) to the Wolves.

Who would have been happier with this draft?
8 - Haliburton
23 - Hampton

Frank has another year of development and lets hope DSJ put that work in this off season. The fact we so far haven't traded for a bunch of mediocre vets makes me happy. Develop and play the young guys. Stink another year, draft a stud and keep acquiring assets and if the asset isn't what we like trade it for another asset. Exactly what we did with pick 33.

He was the third of the starting team in number of assists with less than 2 for a game (averaged 33 minutes). Maxey had 3,2 and Hagars 6,4.

I guess it would be nice to have an inside connection with the Kentucky coaching staff to know which player is underrated and perform well in the NBA. Ohhhh wait... I mean seriously, that's why we brought in Kenny Payne. If we were just taking Kentucky guys we would have taken Hagans at 33. But we took Quickley for a reason. I have to believe they know exactly what they have in him.

Payne knew more than anybody that IQ can run the point

Also a great shooter. Out of all the prospects in this draft I never heard Quickleys name brought up in best shooters in the draft
