I remember a few posters very passionate about his defense and potential.

I think hes great and injuries are a drag but he can give productive minutes at 15-25

Noel will make Mitch work for that starting spot. He's still just 26 and he has a really solid year in OKC last year. I'm really just so relieved that we're doing this and not going out and signing 30+ year olds to 4 year contracts hoping to sneak into the playoffs.

I'm perfectly fine with the one year deals for another year

Better to have all of your ducks in a row than to go off on a half-baked shopping spree

Rose is doing $5M deals, not the $10-15M deals Mills was handing out like a drunk Salvation Army bell ringer

Still would like to deal Randle. I can handle Payton for one more year if they ship out Randle, but Fk Me if I want to watch those two starting again. At the very least, bring Randle off the bench and start Toppin. Enough of this veterans getting priority BS

Great signing. Takes pressure off Mitch to be the only defensive presence at the rim. 5 mil is a steal for him. These are the signings you can make when you are patient and let the dummys spend all their money early on reserves.

Absolutely love this signing as long as he doesn't start over Robinson. If he pushes Mitch to the bench I'll be annoyed. Perfect trade bait at the deadline.

ahhh. the guy who was so stupid that he turned down a 70 mil contract and has been playing for a fraction of that since. i got no issues with him at 5 mil 1 year

yup happened after the 2017 season. Mavs traded for him midseason and then offered him 4/70 mil in the offseason. Nerlens declined it and took the 4 mil qualifying offer to bet on himself. The rest is a nightmare.
