I was always happy with DJ on the team. He could definitely frustrate, but I've always liked his ability to spark an offense off the bench with his shooting. That big shot in the playoffs was pretty defining for him. I hope in Milwaukee he gets to hit some even bigger shots.

I remember when DJ Augustin signed his deal here 4 years ago.

Many thought he was overpaid and he should not have gotten 4 years. 4 years later, he will still be averaging $7 million a year this time on a three-year deal.

The first year here was not good but those last 3 were solid and we will never forget that Game 1 Winner in Toronto last year,

We knew this was the likely scenario going into the offseason but it was time for both sides to move on and I wish him nothing but the best.
