Wait, you're saying we're reliant on the health of our best player? I am shocked.
Remind me how old he is again? Do we have a blue chipper to replace him? No?

Interesting.

Time to trade for Harden.
I'm with you.

Pascal and all the picks. Get it done.

As far as I’m concerned, you either go for championships in this league or you don’t. Doing anything but taking a shot at Harden is the latter. We weren’t going to win bringing the same team back again.

Hey it sucks that we won't be able to reach 2019's heights without a star but at least we got a ring. Not many franchises can say that. Let's remain competitive and strike again some time in the future.

Signing ibaka and losing our max slot for little to no return is the treadmill move. Keeping our max slot is the contender move.
No one was advocating for signing Serge to long term money man.

It's next season and next season only that matters right now. Serge didnt want to sign a one year deal. Can't blame him. I wish him well. Thought he would get more money though. He's taking a ring discount.

Most people were hating on the guy back when he was a massive part of a championship team so it’s hardly a surprise. Some just can’t see past the counting stats.

If Gasol actually did return, at least the defense would still be elite.

Hes just being held to his standards in Memphis. How he became such an offensive liability when he was never a guy who relied on his speed/athleticism is confusing.

We need to platoon Gasol with another Center from the FA market to stay relevant. Lets see what Masai does.

Yes we just signed him to an $85 million contract. The guard spots are literally our deepest positions. We survived when Lowry missed games this year.

If you were expecting us to pick up a younger franchise player this season, then I would suggest you temper your expectations. We're trying to do that next off-season.

Being 35 years old might explain it...

If no major signings next season, sadely we might be fighting in 6,7,8 seed. If we get the injury bug again then we in trouble.

We'll be fine. Wait until end of free agency at least before starting to Panac. Better yet, wait until end of free agency 2021. This is a development year for us. Always was going to be.

What team has a blue chipper waiting in the wings to immediately replace their best player?
I'll wait.

Man Siakam falling off a cliff really did a number on some of you. Understandably so but I expect him to find himself once again. Lowry hasn’t lost a step yet so I’ll accept it when the time comes. Siakam, Fred, OG, max slot... we will manage fine.

We can beat all those teams without magical 18ppg OG.

If Siakam isn’t total ass that would be it really.
