Ballhandlers are adequate with Kemba/Smart/Teague/Pritchard/Tatum (kinda).

We're missing another bona fide 12-15 ppg scorer ideally coming off the bench. We can't just blindly hope one of the rooks/sophs contribute that much on offense.

Let's go S&T! Let's go TPE!!

As far as vet minimum guys go..how about Kent Bazemore? Kyle Korver is available too. Either one would be cheap and wouldn’t expect many minutes. Gerald Green is also out there, bit long in the tooth.

Bazemore interest me. Korver always interest does.

Bazemore would be a decent get off the bench

If we need a wing I'm fine with Juancho or Rivers on a one year deal.

I wish we'd gone with Shaq instead of Teague.

Haven’t seen any rumors about Baynes. Curious what’s going on with him

Wiggy and Keefe killing the Celtics. They are right though. They are making valid points.

I would still want Baynes. Not sure if we have room though.

Add them and we will be meeting Lakers in the finals.

If they somehow land Ingram, I will eat an actual crow. I will YouTube it and post it. Heck, it will probably make me famous anyway.

For the record, I never called for Ainges head, I just think he should be held accountable for which I thought has been a mistake of an offseason.

I am happy with True’s baby daddy. Teague is whatever. Get one more guy and hope the kids can play.

Not enough room in my opinion. Our bigs are set. Unless we get Anthony Davis haha.

So, this is where things stand now. If one more man enters, one man leaves,

Walker/Brown/Tatum/Thompson/Theis
Teague/Smart/Nesmith/G.Williams/R.Williams
Pritchard/Edwards/Langford/Green/Ojeleye
Waters/Fall
Baylor is Brat.

We should probably add at least one and lose one of Fall/Waters/Semi/Pritchard/Edwards/Green depending on how camp looks.

That's nine solid guys though that I want to see get minutes, so no need to add more than 1.

Can Thompson and Theis play together? But yeah I like the idea of keeping Smart in the 2nd unit.

Agreed. But I feel like Theis would start at least at the beginning of the season due to familiarity. A scenario I would like though is Theis improving his 3 so he can start at the 4 which slides Smart back to his 6th man role.

Kemba/Brown/Tatum/Thompson + one of Bogi or Nesmith ideally starting later in the season

Horford and Hayward both signed enormous contracts after playing here. This may help the Celtics in the long run. You play here = $$$

I guess we are still just waiting on this Gordo thing. Will it be a sign and trade or won’t it.

I fear Theis may be gone to Charlotte if MJ agrees to a sign-and-trade. Theis and Hayward to the Hornets, Cody Zeller to Boston. This clears enough space to avoid having to waive and stretch Batum. Boaston could substitute another player (e.g. Ojeleye) but Charlotte will need a center if it parts with Zeller.

Another option is a three team deal involving the Knicks. I wouldn't mind Hayward and Waters to Charlotte, Rozier to NY, Ntilikina to Boston. The Knicks may still be after a bigger fish than Rozier, but so far they have failed.

Irving and Rozier too.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."
