Get Boogie on a 2 year deal with a team option and we’ll be fine

So much left to happen. Likely a lot that we didn't see coming.
Hope so lol
Logically speaking, thinks are definitely going to happen and there will be more additions to the team.
We can't really judge as a whole how we will be until the dust settles. And it is clear to me that they value their cap space next year while balancing a level of consistency, and quality, hence the Fred signing.
Watching guys like Thompson, Giles, Craig (just to name a few) get signed heightens fan expectations or doom because we have no idea what is happening yet, and the chips are not falling YET with regards to our favourite team.
I can pretty much guarantee that the Raptors offseason is not complete and there will be new faces on the team. Ones that I believe will be in line with the vision that Masai, Bobby and co. all have.
I happen to trust that vision as well.

People were dead set against Boogie, when I was saying players can mature and we have a good environment for him to rehab his value in the league. If he buys in, he could be good value. Obviously, not perfect since his injury but good value.
Im happy people are showing an open mind now.

Signed with team T.W.O for the 2022-23 2023-24 season.

I'm in shambles right now.
I need to settle down and collect myself, Masai won't let us go into season with this roster. The wait is killing me slowly though.

When was it the last time a team lost both their starting center and their back up center in one off season? lol
Boston last year.

Bulls lost both Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol in 2016. Life goes on.
Where did life go for the Bulls? Lol

I don't want Boogie but just because he's made of glass, otherwise he'd be a good fit
Don't want Gasol at this point either
I'm good with one or both of Baynes and Whiteside. I'm also good with Boucher and Hernandez. Boucher deserves a shot and we don't know what Hernandez is capable of so why not take a look

Yep, the Torrey Craig signing is certainly the clincher for me. I was undecided until this point, but Craig signing is the dealbreaker for me. No doubt that Masai has no clue what he is doing at this point. Totally reckless GM'ing.

He has a difficult task of filling out the roster while trying to preserve cap space for next year while players want longer term financial security

Warriors dynasty started just a season prior. And now it’s over.

trading for Myles Turner completely kills 2021 capspace. While I don't think it's impossible for us to trade for someone that makes us abandon that plan, I don't think Myles is it (unless we're dealing Pascal in a trade where we take back less money to maintain the cap room).

Or maybe he has a plan in place that's not as obvious to you, and as a result of you not being able to comprehend it, you think he's clueless when in reality, you're the clueless one.

Turner is on the books beyond next season. Unless Masai and co. give up on the 2021 FA class, I wouldn't hold your breath.

for sure but lets look at some of the other deals
Noel for 5mil/1 year
Giles for league minimum
Craig on a super cheap deal with the bucks
none of these would have hurt our cap for 2021....lets not even talk about how we could have payed more to ibaka & Harrell/thompson a lot more money on a year deal
again, not doubting the guy that brought us a championship but it's just looking like they didnt get the FA right this year?
