From Rockets to Knicks. That's a big downgrade. I wonder if playing in New York is really that big draw when you play for Knicks (so you play for nothing, cause the Knicks are and will always be terrible).

People will get their jokes off by default but it's a fine signing. League average from 3 over last 4 seasons on 4+ attempts per game and can handle the ball a bit. I hate the payton signing but nothing wrong with this.

It's fine for Knicks. Rivers is a decent player. It's terrible signing for him since he went from contender to the team that has no chance at playoffs.

He’s a pretty decent role player but this could be interesting if he has a high usage.

Will probably be traded by the deadline, given the contract and where he is going.

Austin's separation issues with his father Doc may start backup. I hope the NBA doesn't run the story like that did about his childhood growing.

As long as Harden is there they should be label as contender. Even if you don't count them as contender, 2nd round team in Rockets is more appeasing place to play than Knicks IMO. I can't imagine I'd ever want to play for Knicks - unless I'd want to see Spike Lee or Woody Allen watching me play.

i think rivers cares more about having an NBA job than what you think of the knicks.

Good signing. Knicks need more guards but a point guard would help most.

Any indication on the amount yet?

There is a lot of irrational hate for him, but the kid has some talent. By playing in a pressure free place with the Knicks, Im convinced he'll put up some career numbers.
